Ronald Inglehart and Christian Welzel will present Russian editions of their monographs at the XIXth April International Academic Conference

At the upcoming XIXth April International Academic Conference On Economic and Social Development, the leading staff of the Laboratory for Comparative Social Research will present Russian editions of their latest monographs.

Ronald Inglehart, LCSR Academic Supervisor, will present his new work «Cultural Evolution: People's Motivations are Changing, and Reshaping the World» (issued in Russia by «Mysl» Publishing House with the support of «Liberal Mission» Foundation, 2018). Christian Welzel, Chief Research Fellow, will give a talk on the core issues of his monograph «Freedom Rising» (VCIOM publishing House, 2017), which has already got several prestigious awards.

The authors themselves will take part in the discussion, as well as Evgeny Yasin (HSE), Anna Almakaeva (HSE) and Anna Kuleshova (VCIOM). Head of the Laboratory for Comparative Social Research Eduard Ponarin will lead the discussion.
