Venue and Accomodation

Dear colleagues! We are very pleased to welcome you in Moscow! There is information which could be useful to you.

FROM AIRPORT TO MOSCOW

There are 4 international airports in Moscow: Domodedovo (DME), Vnukovo (VKO), Sheremetyevo (SVO) and Zhukovsky (ZIA). They all (except Vnukovo) are located in Moscow region not farther than 30 kilometers from the city. There are several ways to get to them.

Speed trains

A comfortable train Aeroexpress will take you from Sheremetyevo, Vnukovo and Domodedovo. You can download an app or buy a ticket at https://aeroexpress.ru/en/aero.html (the price will be lower). It takes 30 minutes to get from Sheremetyevo to Belorussky railway station (near Belorusskaya Moscow metro station), it's a 45-minute ride from Domodedovo to Paveletsky railway station (near Paveletskaya Moscow metro station), and a 35-minute from Vnukovo to Kievsky railway station (near Kiyevskaya Moscow metro station).

All railway stations are in the city centre and it's easy to get from them to the metro or take ground transport. Aeroexpress runs every 30 minutes.

Bus and route taxi (comfortable mini-bus)

It's the cheapest way. To get from Domodedovo airport to the Moscow metro station Domodedovskaya take route №308, from Vnukovo to Yugo-Zapadnaya take bus №611, from Sheremetyevo to Rechnoy Vokzal take bus №851 or route taxi №949.

Taxi

For those who arrive in a group of several people taxi is cheaper than Aeroexpress tickets. In Moscow we advise you to use taxi apps Uber, Gett or Yandex.Taxi which you can download for free through Google Play or App Store. Private carriers are not recommended ― it's much more expensive. Note: an average price for a taxi ride from any airport to the city center is 1500 RUB.
