Travelling to Moscow by air

There are three international airports in Moscow – Domodedovo, Sheremetyevo and Vnukovo. We recommend you to take the Aeroexpress train to travel from the airport to the city center. Conference Venue

The 7^th LCSR International Workshop will take place in the center of Moscow at two main buildings of the Higher School of Economics (HSE), whose are located opposite each other. Addresses are:

• 20, Myasnitskaya str., Moscow, Russia (on the 11^th and 12^th of April)
• 11, Myasnitskaya str., Moscow, Russia (on the 13^th and 14^th of April)

• Lubyanka (Лубянка) ( Sokolnicheskaya red line) • Exit to Myasnitskaya Ulitsa, which you should follow. HSE will be on your right. Estimated travel time: 8 minutes.
• Chistye Prudy (Чистые пруды) ( Sokolnicheskaya red line) & Turgenevskaya (Тургеневская) (Kaluzhsko-rizhskaya orange line) • Exit to Myasnitskaya Ulitsa, which you should follow towards the city centre. HSE will be on your left. Estimated travel time: 7 minutes.
• Kitay-Gorod (Китай-город) ( Kaluzhsko-rizhskaya orange line) • Exit to Ulitsa Maroseyka, which you should follow for 100 metres, turn right onto Bolshoy Zlatoustinskiy Pereulok (350 metres), and then bear right onto Myasnitskaya Ulitsa, which you should follow for 150 metres. HSE will be on your right. Estimated travel time: 10 minutes.

How to get the Conference from your accommodation

Godunov Hotel, 4****

Address: Nizhny Kiselny lane, 4 (Нижний Кисельный переулок, 4)



It takes 15-20 minutes to get the Conference venue from the Godunov Hotel 4****. First of all, walk up the Nizhny Kiselny lane right up to its intersection by Rozhdestvenka Street and turn to the right. Walk down the street until the crossroads, turn to the left (Kuznetskiy Most str.) and go up the street to the pedestrian crossing. Right in front of you there will be a great dark-gray building of the Federal Security Service (FSB) . Cross the pedestrian crossing and around the FSB building on the left, straight along the Furkasovsky lane. You will rush right into the Myasnitskaya street. Turn to the left and walk 100 meters. Myasnitskaya, 11 will be on your left, on the crossroads. Myasnitskaya, 20 – a bit further, on your right.


HSE Guesthouse

Address: Bolshaya Pereyaslavskaya str., 50, building 1 (Переяславская, 50, стр. 1)

HSE Guesthouse is just a 10-minute walk from the metro station Prospekt Mira (Kaluzhsko-rizhskaya orange line). Exit the Guesthouse, cross Bolshaya Pereyaslavskaya str. and walk along the street 150 meters passing the pharmacy (АПТЕКА) on your right. You will see a traffic light. Don't cross this intersection – just turn to the right and go straight along the Banny lane (about 400 meters). So you will go out on the Prospekt Mira. Go crossroads and turn to the left. Walk straight along the avenue for about 500 meters. The entrance to the metro station Prospekt Mira (Kaluzhsko-rizhskaya orange line) will be on your right.

Pass one station and leave the metro at the Turgenevskaya station (please check the map of the Moscow metro here). Exit to Myasnitskaya str., which you should follow towards the city centre. Myasnitskaya, 20  – will be on your left. Myasnitskaya, 11 – a bit further, will be on your right, on the crossroads.
