BIGSSS Best Paper Award

The award has been bestowed on Evgenia Bystrov

We are pleased to announce that the Bremen International Graduate School of Social Sciences bestowed its first Best Paper Award on Evgenia Bystrov, associate researcher at LCSR, for her outstanding paper

“Testing the Second Demographic Transition Theory with Seemingly Unrelated Regression: Marital Postponement and Human Empowerment.”

It should be noted that Evgenia has written her paper during a five month research stay in 2011 at our Laboratory.
