Lithuanian Identity in the 21st Century; Modernist Theories of Nationalism; Roots of Ethnonationalist Revival.

Three new papers by Marharyta Fabrycant

Three articles of Marharyta Fabrycant (LCSR associate researcher) were recently published in international scientific journals. The article “The Measure of a Nation: Lithuanian Identity in the New Century” (co-authored with Renee Buhr and Steven Hoffman) was accepted in Journal of Baltic Studies and now is available on a web site of the journal. The article «Value of (Expla) nation: Testing Modernist Theories of Nationalism” was published in Journal of Siberian Federal University (series “Humanities”). Finally, the article on “Macrosocial Roots of Ethnonationalist Revival: Modes of Narration and Value Configurations” was issued in a volume Narratives of ethnic identity, migration and politics edited by M. Banaś and M. Dzięglewski.
