The key idea which Eric Uslaner illustrated was that levels of education across 78 countries in 1870 strongly predict corruption in 2010. Historical levels of education reflect levels of equality across countries, which demonstrate strong ‘path dependence’ over time.
Professor strongly support the idea of equal assess to education, which is promoted in developed countries now and should be broaden to the developing parts of the world. In such conditions when education is free and of a high quality the level of trust in goverment is also high. All these in the future perspective facilitates effective development of the country in social, economic and political sence.
