LCSR Regular Workshop will be held on April, 23-27 in St. Petersburg. The workshop venue is “Oktyabrskaya” hotel located in the historic downtown area next to the Vosstania Square, Nevsky Prospect and Moskovsky railway station.

The workshop contains presentations on current projects of international LCSS research network and expert discussion of the provided results. The projects cover a wide range of issues, including study of attitudes, subjective well-being, religious facilities, migration processes in comparative perspective.

The workshop will bring together researchers from different cities of Russia and the CIS, as well as Western scholars from Sweden, Germany, the United States. Among the experts are Inglehart, R. (Professor, University of Michigan, USA), Welzel, C. (University Professor Leufana, Germany), Ponarin, E. (HSE, Professor, St. Petersburg, Russia) etc.

Swedish well-known sociologist Peter Hedström is also scheduled to give a key lecture.
